Affiliates are independent participants in the Uni-Fy ecosystem.

Nothing in this program creates an employer–employee, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Uni-Fy and the Affiliate.

Affiliates act on their own behalf and are responsible for their own actions, marketing methods, and compliance with applicable laws.

2. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Uni-Fy brands, services, or digital products only in accordance with Uni-Fy’s guidelines.

Affiliates must not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.

Any marketing must comply with advertising regulations, consumer protection laws, and platform-specific policies (e.g., social media terms).

3. Earnings & Payments

Affiliate rewards are tracked transparently via Uni-Fy’s on-chain smart contracts.

Payments are issued in the designated cryptocurrency or digital asset associated with each campaign.

Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, reporting, or legal obligations that arise from their earnings.

4. No Guarantees

Earnings depend on the Affiliate’s performance and the success of campaigns.

Uni-Fy does not guarantee results, conversions, or specific income levels.

5. Compliance & Liability

Affiliates must operate in good faith, uphold the reputation of Uni-Fy, and respect intellectual property rights.

Affiliates are solely liable for any legal claims, damages, or disputes arising from their promotional activities.

Uni-Fy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate found to be in violation of this Declaration, Uni-Fy’s Terms of Service, or applicable law.

6. Acknowledgement

By participating as an Affiliate, you confirm that you:

Have read, understood, and agree to this Declaration, Uni-Fy’s Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

Accept that Uni-Fy’s decision on eligibility, payments, or program participation is final.
