2. Promotion Channels

✅ Allowed:

Social media platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

Blogs, websites, newsletters, and podcasts

Paid ads (where legally compliant and approved by Uni-Fy)

Direct referrals to friends, followers, and communities

❌ Not Allowed:

Spam or unsolicited messages (DMs, email blasts without consent)

Misuse of Uni-Fy’s name in fake accounts, impersonations, or domains

Promotion on illegal or inappropriate platforms (hate speech, adult content, piracy, etc.)

3. Marketing Practices

Always disclose affiliate relationships (e.g., #ad, #affiliate, or “I earn rewards when you use my link”).

Do not offer false incentives (cashback, prizes) without Uni-Fy’s approval.

Do not manipulate referral links (cloaking, redirecting, or hijacking).

If using paid ads, do not bid on Uni-Fy’s brand keywords without written permission.

4. Content Standards

Use only approved Uni-Fy logos, visuals, and messaging provided in the affiliate resource hub.

Do not modify Uni-Fy’s branding in a misleading way.

Keep your content factual, respectful, and community-friendly.

5. Compliance & Legal Obligations

Follow all advertising regulations (FTC, ASA, GDPR, CCPA, and local laws).

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on earnings.

Any breach of law or these guidelines may result in suspension or termination from the program.

6. Earnings & Transparency

Rewards are distributed automatically via Uni-Fy’s smart contracts.

Earnings depend on performance — no guarantees of income.

Uni-Fy reserves the right to review and adjust commissions in cases of abuse or fraud.

7. Termination

Uni-Fy may suspend or terminate affiliates who:

Violate these guidelines, Terms of Service, or Privacy Policy.

Engage in fraud, abuse, or activities harmful to the Uni-Fy ecosystem.
