1. Affiliate Promotion

You acknowledge and accept that Uni-Fy Affiliates (current and future) may promote your brand through the Uni-Fy platform.

Affiliates act independently and are responsible for following Uni-Fy’s Affiliate Guidelines, Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.

Uni-Fy provides tools, tracking, and resources to ensure transparent promotion and fair rewards distribution.

2. Brand Responsibilities

As a Brand Partner, you agree to:

Provide accurate product, service, and promotional information.

Supply approved brand assets (logos, images, messaging) for Affiliate use.

Fulfill all orders, services, and customer obligations generated via Affiliate referrals.

Respect Uni-Fy’s commission structures and automated smart contract reward system.

3. Uni-Fy Responsibilities

Uni-Fy will:

Ensure Affiliates are subject to the Uni-Fy Affiliate Guidelines.

Provide on-chain tracking, referral systems, and payout automation.

Maintain oversight to prevent fraud, abuse, or misleading promotion.

Support both Affiliates and Brands through our Affiliate Resource Hub.

4. Earnings & Payments

Affiliate rewards are set by Uni-Fy’s platform rules or your agreed brand commission structure.

All commissions are processed via blockchain smart contracts to ensure fairness and transparency.

Uni-Fy may adjust or withhold commissions if fraud, abuse, or policy violations occur.

5. Liability & Compliance

Affiliates act independently. Uni-Fy and Affiliates are not your employees, partners, or agents.

You remain responsible for your brand, products, and services.

Uni-Fy is not liable for customer disputes, delivery failures, or misrepresentation by your brand.

You agree to comply with advertising, consumer protection, and data laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Termination

You may leave the Uni-Fy ecosystem at any time with written notice.

Uni-Fy may suspend or remove a Brand Partner that violates this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or applicable laws.

Affiliates may continue to earn rewards on past referrals during the notice period, unless terminated for fraud.

7. Acknowledgement

By becoming a Uni-Fy Brand Partner, you confirm that you:

Have read and accept this Agreement, the Affiliate Guidelines, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.

Understand your brand will be promoted by Affiliates under Uni-Fy’s system, both now and in the future.

Accept full responsibility for your brand’s products, services, and customer relationships.
