Affiliates to promote and earn referral rewards via smart contracts.

Communities to participate in launchpads, NFTs, loyalty badges, and gamified campaigns.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Uni-Fy, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, passwords, and wallet access.

Use our Services only for lawful purposes.

Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activity.

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and Uni-Fy cannot recover lost or stolen funds.

4. Affiliates & Brands

Brands: You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, services, and fulfillment of any commitments to customers.

Affiliates: You agree to follow Uni-Fy’s guidelines when promoting brands and services. Rewards are automated via smart contracts and tracked transparently on-chain.

Uni-Fy acts as a facilitator — we are not responsible for disputes between brands, affiliates, or customers.

5. Payments & Transactions

Transactions on Uni-Fy are executed via blockchain and third-party payment providers.

All fees (including gas fees) are the responsibility of the user.

Uni-Fy does not store payment card data but may integrate with trusted third-party processors.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Uni-Fy (logos, branding, platform design) is owned by Uni-Fy or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Brands retain ownership of their own logos, trademarks, and materials uploaded to Uni-Fy.

7. Risk Disclosure

By using Uni-Fy, you acknowledge and accept that:

Blockchain and digital assets carry inherent risks (volatility, hacks, smart contract bugs).
